Interior of Das Liszt Ferienhaus has a Fun and Comfortable, Country
Style/Shabby Chic
Atmosphere,
including an Old Upright Piano, with Custom Painted Furniture in every
room. There are Beaded Lamp Shades on the Wicker Vanity and a
Picket
Fence Headboard in the Queen Bedroom. The King Bedroom has a
Custom
Head Board (hand painted), with Vintage Glass Door Knobs as the pulls
on
the Painted Dresser and Night Stands. The Twin Bedroom Sports
some
really fun White Picket Fence Shutters.
There
is a portion of the Decor Illustrating a Bit of Memorabilia from my
Family
History. It has been said that 5 Generations back, you may follow
our Lineage to the Famous Composer Franz Liszt.
Because
this Vacation Home is "all about Family", Children of all Ages are
Welcome.
But, it is a Requirement that there be No
Smoking, and No Pets. Unfortunately,
we are currently not wheelchair accessible.

Marvelous Cottage is located adjacent to the well known King William
Historical
District, in an area known as Riverside Park. You
will be staying exactly 1 . 3 miles from The Riverwalk, (with it's
Fabulous
Shopping opportunities and Delectable Restaurants),
The Historical Missions of San Antonio, and the Seasonal Festivities of
Fiesta, and Folk Life Festival. This Vacation Home is also exactly 2
miles
from The Alamo, The Majestic Theatre, (where you may see a touring
Broadway
Show) with the Empire Theatre just around the corner, and 1.6 miles
from
River Center Mall, The Convention Center, and The Alamodome. The
farthest
tourist attraction downtown, from Das Liszt Ferienhaus, is 2.7 miles to
El Mercado and the Famous 24 Hour Restaurant, Mi Tiara Cafe.
